(43.2％) というこれまでの成果が確認された。\n一方、小学校就学前の相談支援は、個人ごと、圏域ごとの支援の程度が異なり、子どもの就学とともに多くの場合終了する支援に不安・不満が多く、市町村における専門機関・専門職の連携と相談支援は、保護者の期待するものではなかった実態が明らかになった。\n今後の「相談支援」には、「処遇の一貫性の確保」という専門機関・専門職の互いに理解し支える姿勢が求められ、市町村として確固とした「発達に障害のある子どもとその家族への支援方針」の確立と、「子育て支援を総合的に“検討する場”」の積極的確保が必要である。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学社会福祉学部研究紀要.
