: 年齢35～83歳，平均62.6歳)に半構成的面接を行った。その結果，自記式問診と面接で話した内容で相違を示す部分が，全項目341中94(27.6%)に見られた。その理由は，副作用に関する項目では，<今日のことを聞かれている><治療ができなくなる><この治療をしていれば当然のことである><化学療法の副作用ではない><自分で対処できている><項目が当てはまらない>などの11に，また，困っていること・相談したいことに関する自由記載では，<書いてもどうにもならない><書くほど困っていない><表現がむずかしい><何を書いたらいいのかわからない>などの8に分類された。問診票に関する考えは，<化学療法の可否を判断する材料><大丈夫だと安心できる><自分にとっては役に立たない>など，16に分類された。これらの結果から，患者にとって， 自記式問診は，自己管理の方法であり，医療者とのコミュニケーションの媒体である。しかし，書くという伝え方への不全感や抵抗感と共に看護職の役割に関する認識不足により，病気や治療に対する不安や日常生活を送る上での疑問や困難を表出する機会という意味は持たないと考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
