マナビ"}]},"item_2_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"82","bibliographicPageStart":"65","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"1","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前学院大学看護紀要"}]}]},"item_2_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は，成人看護学実習における<選択実習>での学生の学びを明らかにすることである。<選択実習>は①由液透析室実習②土曜日・夜間診療実習③健康教育実習④ボランテイア活動参加⑤闘病者・中途障害者などによる講演参加⑥大学や施設が主催する公開講座参加⑦看護系学会参加の7項目を設定した。学生64名を対象とし，①~④は実習項目ごとに，また，実習内容の類似性から⑤~⑦はまとめて，それぞれの実習記録から学生が学んだこと表現している文を抽出して，類似性に沿って集めカテゴリー化した。その結果，①血液透析室実習では【透析患者の生活の理解】など5カテゴリー，②土曜日・夜間診療実習では【土曜・夜間診療の役割】【患者の特徴】など4カテゴリー，③健康教育実習では【地域での健康教育の意義】などの3カテゴリー，④ボランティア活動参加では，【バリアフリーの必要性】など5カテゴリーが生成された。また，⑤闘病者・中途障害者などによる講演参加⑥大学や施設が主催する公開講座参加⑦看護系学会参加では，【様々な知識の獲得と認識の変化】などの4カテゴリーが生された。これらの結果から，<選択実習>は学生自らが看護者としてのあり方を考え問題意識を持つ機会となっていたが，<選択実習>のねらいであった成人期にある人の対象理解を深めることに効果があったのは，②土曜日・夜間診療実習のみであり，オリエンテーションの充実をはじめとする，<選択実習>における学習支援方法の検討と対象の精選が課題となった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
