: 1997年~2008年)をデータベースとして，「臓器移植or臓器提供」，「脳死」， 「脳死患者家族」を検索語として収集した原著論文15文献と，厚生科学研究補助金による(ヒトゲノム・再生医療等研究)の報告書から臓器提供に関わった看護師の意識に関する2文献を分析対象に加えて， 17文献について検討した。\n結果:ほとんどの文献の中心的テーマは，看護師の臓器提供・脳死に関する意識であった。わが国の看護師の臓器提供・臓器移植・脳死に対する態度とその関連因子について，移植先進国の知見との類似点，わが国の特徴が明らかとなった。今後の課題として， ドナーやドナー家族に対する手探りの看護から予測性を持った看護実践を検討するため，わが国の臓器提供にかかわる看護師の経験の構造を明らかにする必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
