ジョウキョウ"}]},"item_2_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-05-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"56","bibliographicPageStart":"47","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"5","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"弘前学院大学看護紀要"}]}]},"item_2_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年，プレパレーションに対する認識はかなり高まってきたが，まだ広く実施されているとはいえない。本研究では，プレパレーションに対する看護者の認識や実施の現状と課題を明らかにするために，全国の小児医療施設を対象として調査を行った。364施設の看護師長および看護師より回答があった。プレパレーションという言葉は看護師長の61.1％，看護師の39.5％が認知していた。プレパレーションとは，子どもへの「事前説明」と「治療，処置の受け入れ準備」をすることと認識されて\nいた。実際にプレパレーションを実施している看護師は23.3％，病棟で実施しているとした看護師長は30.5％であった。プレパレーションの効果については看護師の86.l％が効果があるとしており，看護師長の94.0％がプレパレーションは必要であると考えていた。治療や処置時の対応では，言葉による説明が多く，小児の理解度に応じたツールの活用はほとんど行われていなかった。実施する上での課題として，プレパレーションの適切な方法の習得，人員と時間の確保，必要性の認識が挙げられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
