つの事例に注目した。看護師が患者に強い口調で指示し強引なアプローチを適用した結果，対立場面を解決に導くこと\nができた場面と，解決できずに患者－看護師関係が悪化してしまう場面の2 つが見られた。同じアプ\nローチを適用しながら，対立場面が好転する場合と悪化する場合とでは何が異なっているのか，その\n理由を検討した。\n　患者－看護師間の対立場面に適用された援助を「患者理解」と「援助態度」の2 つの概念を用いて\n検討した結果，対立関係が好転する要因には，患者による看護師の援助意図の受けとりの変化，すな\nわち，好転につながる患者の反応が影響していた。逆に，悪化する要因には，看護師の援助意図が患\n者に伝わらず，「看護師の理解がない」という患者の受けとめが影響していることが示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
