年以上の看護職者に自記式質問紙調査を行い，有効回答数224であった。「看護実践の役割モデル」の認識は，『モデル1：看護実践の手本・見本となる人』28.6%，『モデル2 ：学生が主体的に実習できるよう支援する人』25.9%，『モデル3 ：理論（知識・技術）を実践と統合できるように指導する人』45.5%であった。モデル3 の選択者は，平均看護・指導経験年数がモデル1・2 よりも長かった。ECTB43項目を「カテゴリー1 ：看護実践の手本・見本」，「カテゴリー2 ：学生主体の実習支援」，「カテゴリー3 ：理論と実践の統合」に分類し，各得点を比較すると，高い順にカテゴリー1 ， 2 ， 3 となった。また，モデル3 の選択者の平均得点が， 3 つのカテゴリーともモデル1 ， 2
