週間の在宅看護実習を導入している。本研究は，看護学生の実習記録を中心に，実習経験・評価の分析を通じて学習効果を明らかにすることを目的とした。\n　2012年5 月～ 7 月に在宅看護学実習を実施した4 年次生40名の実習評価表・経験録・その他の実習記録内容を基礎データとし分析した結果，実習期間中の訪問件数は206（一人平均5.2）件であった。訪問事例の疾患は，認知症（16.5％）・精神疾患（13.9％）・運動器疾患（12.6％）脳血管疾患（11.7％）で，約70％は介護保険を利用者していた。実習内容は，バイタルサインの測定・清潔援助・移動・食事・排泄などの基礎看護技術のほか，医療処置や服薬管理・関節可動域訓練であった。実習評価表による学生の技術・態度に関する達成感は高く，指導者と学生の評価得点には差が見られなかった。\n　これらの結果より， 1 週間という限られた実習期間の中で，多くの経験を重ねることで看護学士課程に求められる看護実践能力が得られると考える。今後は，実践能力の向上を可視化できるよう評価方法を工夫する必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
