年次生の同意を得られた6 名のレポート内容を質的データとした。実習を通しての学びを文脈の意味を壊さないように抽出し初期コードとし，意味内容の類似性を基にカテゴリー化した。その結果【地域の情報を収集し，見極める】【対象のニーズに沿ったテーマを考える】【対象のニーズに合わせた健康教育が出来る】【知識・技術・態度を統合できる】【保健師の地域活動の視点が分かる】の5 つのカテゴリーが抽出された。対象地区の代表者と連絡調整，期日とテーマの決定，広報，実施する過程を学ぶ課程で，住民と直接関わった体験が住民の主体性を捉える事についての学びに影響していることが明らかになった。集団に対する支援と同時に個別性を重視する意義と保健師の地区活動の視点を捉える事ができたのは，継続的に地域と関わった体験から導き出されたことによるものであり，これからの地域看護学実習における演習や実習のあり方に示唆を得ることができた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
