日目に多く，意図を持たないコミュニケーションが実習1 日目に多かった。た，学生は意図があってもそれを患者に伝えずにコミュニケーションを始める傾向があった。コミュニケーションの意図は，＜入院生活の様子を把握する＞，＜情報を確認する＞，＜観察や援助を実施する＞，＜挨拶をする＞ことなどであった。コミュニケーション展開は，意図がある場合は1
