年生を対象とし，65名の演習後のレポートの記述内容を質的帰納的に分析した。その結果，学生は【患者の緊張・恐怖の感知ととまどいの認知】と【説明・指導する緊張と難しさの経験】から，【自己の批判的振り返り】を経て，自分の思考や行動を振り返りながら，【指導に求められる知識・技術・態度】や【患者が技術を習得するために必要な支援】という学びを得ていた。この5 つのカテゴリーは経験から学習するプロセスであると考えられた。学生は，患者役と看護師役の両方の経験を通して，経験や振り返りからの気づきを，患者のセルフマネジメント支援につながる具体的な患者指導の学びに発展させることができると示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
