事例とした。独自作成した質問紙を用いて，患者と看護師が生活習慣を振り返り，入院中から再発予防のための生活改善に向けた行動変容を促す，教育的介入を行った。その結果，患者自身の発病前からの生活習慣の情報を共有できた。看護師は，患者と再発予防のための行動変容を考える中で，患者と考案した水分管理方法に取り組み，継続可能性を見出すことができた。独自に作成した質問紙は，発病前の生活習慣を振り返り，再発予防の行動変容に向けた看護教育的介入の要素の抽出，介入の指標となり，有用性があると示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"弘前学院大学看護紀要.
