ジョセツ"}]},"item_2_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2007-03-18","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"57","bibliographicPageStart":"47","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"社会福祉学研究"}]}]},"item_2_description_42":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今日の社会福祉事業は、かつての児童相談所、社会福祉事務所でのケース処理という言葉に代表されるような公的措置におかれていたのとはすっかり様変わりして、多様な福祉ニーズに応じた個人契約による福祉サービスの提供という風に、新しく資本主義の市場経済における自由競争原理を導入した社会福祉基礎構造改革によって、利用者の自助努力を求め自立を支援する方向に舵取りを切り替えたと言える。それに伴い社会福祉学の守備範囲も公助、共助から自助・自立へと裾野を広げ、もはやこれまでの公的措置や公的扶助を中心に考える社会福祉の概念では、包みきれないほどまでに問題領域が広がってきていて、人間福祉、あるいは単に福祉の用語を使用する人が増えつつあるが、依然として手厚い社会保障制度の裏付け無しには社会福祉が成り立たないことも事実である。社会福祉と社会保障とはそれぞれ独立的に扱われるのが現状である。最低賃金問題と共に、最低限度の生活保障問題と社会保障制度に関しては福祉社会学、社会福祉学の両領域における枢要な研究テーマになっているが、社会福祉事業は福祉行政学、福祉経済学、福祉法学の助け無しには有名無実化するであろう。社会福祉問題を研究する学問的シフトをみると、社会学をはじめとする社会科学のすべてと、医学を代表とする自然科学、そして、倫理学、宗教学、哲学、心理学、教育学、歴史学などの人文科学が関与している。特に、人間科学の福祉問題への関与が密接である。近年は看護・介護問題に対する社会学サイドからのアプローチが顕著である。新しい動向として、従来の生命倫理学の枠組みを越えたような人間福祉の哲学、社会福祉の神学、社会倫理学などの試論がある。国民の生存権に関する国家責任をうたった日本国憲法第25条に、社会福祉、社会保障及び公衆衛生の向上及び増進が明記されているとは言え、その最低生活保障と最低賃金保障、年金等に関しては、いつも時の政府による社会政策的な問題をはらんでいる。福祉問題に関する考現学は、様々な社会制度のなかに潜む矛盾を解き明し、新たな視点から福祉問題解決のための方策を示唆しようとする。他方、社会福祉学でカバーしきれないと思われる諸問題、例えば社会保障制度全般、年金問題、介護保険制度問題、高齢者医療・介護サービス問題は、近年独立した分野として次々と専門学会が設立されつつある現状に鑑み、新しい福祉学への道を模索することもまた社会問題を主題とする考現学の仕事であっていいと考える。本稿は、新しい福祉学の構想と既成科学分野が福祉問題領域にコミットする場合のさまざまな問題点を指摘し、福祉領域への心理学の参入を例に挙げて、その成否についての考察を試みたものである。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_description_7":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"社会福祉学研究.
