B 氏）の2 事例を対象に， 3 歳までの育児不安の共通性， 6 歳から青年期までの育児不安の特徴と育児支援について考察することを目的とする。研究デザインは事例研究である。調査方法はアンケート調査であり，育児への思いについて，出生から1 歳まで， 1 歳から3 歳まで，6 歳～12歳まで，12歳～18歳まで，18歳～22歳までの期間に分類し，「嬉しかったこと」「大変だったこと」を聞いた。育児不安の共通項目は出生時から1 歳までは，育児への疲労感を感じていたことであった。1 歳から3 歳までは病院通い，保育園の送り迎えの大変さが共通していた。B 氏は学童期から青年期までは児の個性に関連した成長の違い，進学に伴う経済的負担に不安を感じていた。多胎児を持つ母親への支援は出生から乳児期，幼児期だけなく，青年期までの長い期間で育児を理解し，一例，一例を継続的に支援していく必要がある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1644","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"タカハシ,
