| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to discover what is going on at the termination stage of social work with groups. The process of grounded theory (Glaserian approach) was introduced，and the differences of the educational backgrounds and the coding process between Glaser， B.G.and Strauss，A.L. were discussed. As the result of study，when social workers acknowledge their practices were failed，the basic social process that the social worker expected to occur didn't occur.Participants were there for social playing but not for social working. The recommendations for further study by uti1izing this concept and the unique possibilities of using grounded theory for social work researches were also discussed. | |||||
